Intel Hd Graphics 2000 Video Card
Hi all,
Thanks in part to this and other forums I've set up my first hackintosh based on Lion 10.7.3 and got it working with full native resolution (1080p - TV attached via DVI) - for specs see profile on left.
Currently using MacBookPro8,1 smbios - to enable graphics to work I removed all AppleIntelHDGraphics kexts except for the following:
AppleIntelSNBGraphicsFB
AppleIntelSNBGraphicsVA
AppleIntelIntegratedFramebuffer
All is working well except for QE/CI graphics acceleration using onboard intel HD 2000 graphics - checking the threads on here I can't see anybody that has had success with this yet - there are snippets of info about HD2000 compatibility on HD3000 threads but nothing new since a few months.
Are there any new developments in HD2000 support for Lion? I'm tying to avoid buying a graphics card supported in OS X but from what I can tell this is what I may have to to...
